Scholarship Form

We are pleased to fund scholarships in the amount of $500 for graduate and undergraduate students who enroll in Innov8x course (EDNS 544/444, MNGN 566  or any of the Innov8x 3-credit hour sections).  Scholarship funds are deposited into student’s Mines account after census day. 

Applicant must:

• Enroll in any Innov8x course section or studio
• Be a self-starter who demonstrates taking initiative
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Be motivated to solving messy problems that matter

Complete and submit the following application by January 16, 2023 for Spring 2023. You must be enrolled in an Innov8x course. Dropping the course invalidates the scholarship.
